Movement weekends, to immerse yourself in movement, dance, posture, gesture to enhance your awareness of embodiment and partnering the body. Communication based on empathic communication, reflective listening, sharing and journalling.

Dance sessions that have carefully chosen music and dances and has a brilliant effect of connection...what better way to fuse your wedding or special occasion party with a beginners level, dancer 1 to 1.5 hours specifically arranged for fun, celebration and to create a lovely community atmosphere.​​

Zoom sessions are suspended whilst in-person classes, days, weekends & training take precedence.

Zoom dance sessions can be adapted - please enquire if you want to trail a session in your group.

Dance For All - Come and join in with a xmas party - dance pathway for fun and connection, games, disco.

Once you have deepened into Dance Connection - 100 hours of classes or Dance Journey weekends, you may want to lead Dance Connection Pathways too.....​​​​​
